Expression of Interest to lease

Council is seeking expressions of interest from commercial operators to lease the wharf restaurant complex on the Moyne River in Port Fairy.

There are two tenancies available, which can be leased by the same or individual operators.

Tenancy 1 – Open plan restaurant

Licensed for 200, can seat 120 plus. Commercial kitchen, cool room, freezer, staff amenities, dry storage. Male / Female / Accessible amenities.

Tenancy 2 – Open plan café-style premises

Previously a fish & chip shop. Commercial kitchen, cool room and freezer. Open plan dining, built-in counter and servery.

Each tenancy features an outdoor dining space that provides covered decking with glass external screens.
