Ocean Drive update August 2025

Preliminary site clean-up works will be undertaken today with contractors on site this morning. Temporary traffic measures will be put in place from around 12pm to 4:30pm to ensure the safety of workers.

Most of the site fencing west of the main works area to Powling Street will be removed, and a general site tidy-up will include rubbish removal.

Council is also progressing the cultural heritage permit process to remediate the areas of footpath works from Mills Crescent to Phillip Street. We will keep the community informed of further developments.
